Internal sales ops and project scoping platform — lead intelligence, inbound management, and estimation

A private bilingual business operations platform consolidating outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, and project estimation into one authenticated interface — Google Places-powered business discovery with opportunity scoring, AI-enriched inbound lead review with conversation transcripts, and a ScopeBuilder engine with 12 project templates, 54 selectable features, and formatted CAD price ranges.

The problem

Outbound prospecting, reviewing inbound leads from the website, and scoping new projects each lived in separate tools or spreadsheets with no consistent qualification criteria, no shared history, and no structured way to produce a professional estimate quickly.

Approach

  • LeadOps module — Google Places API integration for location and category-based business discovery; each result scored 0–100 with High / Medium / Low opportunity classification based on web presence, ratings, and review count
  • Lead pipeline with status tracking (New → Contacted → Discovery Booked → Won / Lost), full-text search, category and status filters, on-demand website audit (HTTPS, mobile viewport, booking path, form detection, 0–100 audit score), AI-powered outreach message generation, internal notes, and CSV export
  • Website Leads module — captures and displays inbound leads from yankzworld.com with AI conversation transcripts, confidence scores, extracted project needs, key questions, recommended next steps, and project summaries; status pipeline from New through Won / Lost with admin notes and last-contacted tracking
  • ScopeBuilder estimation engine — 12 industry templates (Basic Website through AI Assistant, Self-hosted Infrastructure, and Technical Audit) with pre-selected default features; 54 individually selectable features across 11 categories (web, salon, booking, payments, e-commerce, platform, dashboard, automation, AI, infrastructure, audit, content) each with a CAD price range
  • Estimation with complexity multipliers (1.0× to 2.0×), timeline multipliers (1.0× to 1.5×), configurable support level add-ons, and a formatted low–high CAD range with engagement recommendation, discovery questions, and assumptions list; estimates saved and tracked through Draft → Sent → Approved → Converted / Archived with CSV export
  • Bilingual interface (EN/FR), light and dark theme, Supabase auth with role-protected routes, responsive layout for desktop and mobile
