I've been running Linux servers since before cloud was a marketing term. Infrastructure I build is observable from day one — metrics in Grafana, logs centralized, backups on a schedule with restore tests. Self-hosted where ownership matters, managed services where they're the right call. The goal is a platform any competent sysadmin can take over, with no tribal knowledge required to operate it.
